Terms and Conditions

Volunteers are required to provide two 5 hour shifts between:

9am to 24.00 on Thursday 18th June

9am to 24.00 on Friday 19th June

9am to 22.00am on Saturday 20th June

9am to 22.00 pm Sunday 21st June

9am to 18.00 Monday 122nd June

• Roles are available from Tuesday before the festival.
• Please indicate if you wish to undertake voluntary work before or after the festival.
• Camping is available (with prior arrangement) for volunteers who are volunteering before 10am on the Thursday. This will be in a designated area only. Volunteer’s car parking will also be in one designated area.
• Your voluntary contribution entitles you to free entry to the Willowman Festival and free camping with a tent for the duration of the festival weekend 10.00am Thursday till 12.00 Monday
• Volunteers wishing to use the Campervan site must purchase tickets for your vehicle.
• Additional tickets for your family and friends must be purchased separately.
• You are required to volunteer for a minimum of ten hours across the weekend.
• You will report to the Volunteers Manager.
• You will report to the Supervisor for your section.
• You will receive an induction and training appropriate to your role.
• You are required to provide your own suitable footwear and clothing for outdoor and general activities.
• Specialist equipment and clothing will be provided where necessary.
• A packed lunch will be supplied to those working more than 5 hours in one shift.
• Stewarding will be undertaken in liaison with contract Security Staff.
• Volunteers will be covered under Festival Public Liability Insurance.
• All Staff, Contractors and Volunteers must comply with the Festival Conduct Policy.
• Failure to comply with the Conduct Policy may result in your removal from the event.

Additional Adult/Child Tickets, Campervan Passes must be purchased separately.
