When can we arrive?
The site opens at 12 noon on Thursday 14th June 2018. Wristbands must be exchanged at the ticket office on arrival.
Ticket office opening times:
Thursday: 12pm - 10pm
Friday: 10am - 10pm
Saturday: 10am - 10pm
Sunday: 10.30am - 2pm
Can we bring a dog?
Sorry, no pets are allowed on site.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Only for consumption in the camping areas. No alcohol will be allowed in the arena. We will have plenty available at bar prices.
Can we visit just for the day?
Day Tickets for Friday, Saturday (£35) and Sunday (£30) are available.
Is there a quiet/family camping area?
There is but of course we cannot guarantee noise levels.
Can we make a fire or bring a BBQ?
No to campfires but yes to off-ground BBQs.
Can we pitch a tent next to a campervan/caravan?
Sorry, for fire safety and space reasons, no. All tents must be pitched in the tent camping area. Awnings which attach to campers and fit within the pitch are allowed.
Can we camp if we have a day ticket?
Camping is NOT permitted for day tickets and cars must be removed from site at the end of the day.
Can I charge my phone?
Yes, this year festival shop will be able to charge phones for a fee.
Are there disabled facilities?
Yes, as well as a disabled camping area.
Are there showers?
Yes, they are available for use for a fee.
Will there be security on site?
Of course. Security will be monitoring the site 24-hours a day. However, please keep valuables stored safely and children accompanied by adults at all times, especially at night.
No glass or private sound systems allowed on site.
We do not encourage moving on and off site, please bring everything with you - it’s going to be busy.
Please keep the site tidy. Use the bin bags provided and the recycling points.
